We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at FASTSIGNS. This position is ideal for someone eager to start a career in sales and customer service while working in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with daily activities, including responding to customer inquiries and processing orders.
Support the generation and qualification of sales leads through various channels.
Maintain relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with production and graphic design teams to ensure customer orders meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
